The RoseCraft Blades Obed Creek Bow Trapper features a 7.8cm (3.1″) D2 classic drop point with a brushed satin finish, heavy swedging, and a half stop. The covers are blue-green Micarta with brushed steel bolsters, steel liners, and nickel silver pins. This pattern introduces the stainless steel Armstrong Skull shield (from designer, Andy Armstrong’s Maker’s Mark) to the RoseCraft line of traditional knives. This bow trapper is an original pattern by Andy Armstrong and has evolved over time.
The blade is non-locking with a sub 7.6cm cutting edge so the knife is UK friendly carry.

“Superb knife, especially for the money. Likeany of us I have plenty of knives so have a number to compare this with, both more expensive and of similar price point.I also happened to buy a Boker Rangebuster (Damascus/snakewood) a week before this purchase. There's no contest. While the Boker looks the part it feels so very cheap compared to the Rosecraft Trapper.The Trapper feels incredibly high quality and I am so I pressed by the quality at this price, it really is superb. Not had much use yet but I did use it recently for some tasks when skinning a deer and preparing the skin for a buckskin. Very sharp, comfortable to use, and such a solid action etc. A pleasure to use... Where the Boker will likely sit in a drawer looking pretty but only get taken out rarely, the Trapper will be with me and awful lot more!!I'd recommend this, and I am already looking at other Rosecraft products. Seriously impressed.”

“As per always, perfect service from HH as they do with every order. Knife is amazing, one of the best fit and finishes on any knife I own especially for the price point. Beautiful finish to the blade, fits in hand well, no liners or such sticking out here or there it is literally flawless. Highly recommend to those who enjoy traditional knives”
