“wicked alternative UK legal Pocket knife for a Buck 112, feels like a proper size blade and its held its edge over a lot of cutting already. a nice weight to it bit is bit blade heavy but that is most likely down to the skeletonised handle that is then covered by the ebony wood scales (I would recommend keeping that oiled as the corners have started to lift). The handle shape resembles a Osbourn 940 (or the smaller 945) so its a nice feel in my hand but I do think it needs to have a larger base to it. Its a shame it doesn't have a sheath as feels a little to big to have in in your pocket. It does how ever have a nice deep carry pocket clip, but after a trip to my local leather merc, and a couple hours on the bench, knocked up a nice moulded leather belt sheath. over all I would give this a 4/5 **** +Good alternative as a UK LEGAL Buck 112 +Nice feel in hand +Good long lasting blade steel +Light weight +from the top of the clipper to the bolster is 3inch bang on -Would be nice to have a belt sheath”

“Not sure of the intention but this is really a nice homage to the Buck 112 ! It's why I bought one and I'm very pleased I did. The thing that impressed me most was the blade shape, they have a very attractive 'Bowie' shape with a good belly that I think will make be for a good 'slicer'. Build quality is good and while the knife presents as nicely sized for a U.K. 'Legal', it's much narrower profile means less weight than the 'Ranger'. If like me you miss your old comrade then this is the answer or as close as I've found to date.”

“Great knife a soiled action great half stop feels good in the hand . Shape out of the box it's a really good uk legal alternative to the buck 112. Comes in a nice pouch. A great service from heinnie haynes as usual”
