Pro's. It's a £13 pound knife. It's one hand opening, unline none of the others I had no problems opening one handed. It's a good size.Despite wanting to hate the "Jigged Fiberglass" scales they were actually quite comfortable.Con's.It had a rough edge which it didn't hold.Right enough of that rubbish. Reality, it's £13, it's made from an older steel (440C) that when I was a kid if you wanted a decent stainless knife you looked for. Does it stand upto todays CPM steels, no, but you don't expect it to. It's easy enough to sharpen so the edge not being like a razor isn't really a problem. I am not a fan of "Jigged" anything, but this actually feels pretty good in the hand. It carves a relatively decent feather stick (no practice) and it does what I require it to do. It has the added safety of being a liner lock. Would I buy another, I already have, I bought one for a colleague at work (we teach survival) and since then another colleague has asked for one, shame that Heinnie are sold out at this moment in time, but I will buy again when they're back in stock.I should mention again that you get a lot of knife for £13I have been buying from Heinnie for a long time, one of the main reason is the service (I don't go back somewhere even if they have a good price if the service is rubbish). If you add in the range of goods and a pretty reasonable price you have a winning formula. Keep it up Heinnie.
