An outstanding little folding pocket knife. Super value for money, performs as good as similar knives at several times it's cost. A real surprise. Perfect for gardening work, I got two, both in orange to make them easy to see.. Glad I bought them. As usual, Heinnie Hines was great value and good range of stock items.

Heinnie is right in saying the quality feels like a £40 knife. Weighty feel, solid lockup with no wobble at all and nice sharp edge. 440 isn't the best steel and who knows what type (probably 440A or 440B) but for the price you can't complain. Best locking folder I've ever had in this price range. Similar feel and quality to my Böker Plus XS.

It would be churlish to complain about a £13 knife so view this as "positive criticism". Plus features: It feels good in the hand. The fibreglass scales aren't much diifferent to the G10 ones. It's got a nice "heft". Negative ones: It was as sharp as a butter-knife when I got it and as stiff to open as, well a stiff knife. Both quickly rectified but still disappointing. The pocket clip isn't changeable left to right and there's no lanyard hole. The scales also don't quite match the frame.Nothing that will prevent me from using it but not the QC I've experienced with other Ganzo knives. You pays you money and you takes your choice.

Pro's. It's a £13 pound knife. It's one hand opening, unline none of the others I had no problems opening one handed. It's a good size.Despite wanting to hate the "Jigged Fiberglass" scales they were actually quite comfortable.Con's.It had a rough edge which it didn't hold.Right enough of that rubbish. Reality, it's £13, it's made from an older steel (440C) that when I was a kid if you wanted a decent stainless knife you looked for. Does it stand upto todays CPM steels, no, but you don't expect it to. It's easy enough to sharpen so the edge not being like a razor isn't really a problem. I am not a fan of "Jigged" anything, but this actually feels pretty good in the hand. It carves a relatively decent feather stick (no practice) and it does what I require it to do. It has the added safety of being a liner lock. Would I buy another, I already have, I bought one for a colleague at work (we teach survival) and since then another colleague has asked for one, shame that Heinnie are sold out at this moment in time, but I will buy again when they're back in stock.I should mention again that you get a lot of knife for £13I have been buying from Heinnie for a long time, one of the main reason is the service (I don't go back somewhere even if they have a good price if the service is rubbish). If you add in the range of goods and a pretty reasonable price you have a winning formula. Keep it up Heinnie.

Simply superb: A hefty folder that feels almost as solid as a fixed blade in hand! 10/10 materials, machining, quality control and value for money. Perfect action and super sharp out of the box. Flippable, beautifully finished 440 hollow grind. An absolute bargain... unbeatable. So good, I had to buy more than one...Thanks again HeinnieH.
