Boker Plus Worldwide 2.0 Folding Knife Reviews

EDC is its home - the world is its home! Reliable, robust and with plenty of edge - the Boker Plus Worldwide 2.0 comes as a tactical two-hand opening knife that is legal to carry in many countries around the world. Check out the UK Knife Laws here. Other countries specify that the blade must be opened by two hands, up steps the Worldwide 2.0.
No lock, no one handed opening, no need to worry: the solid 440C drop point blade can be opened comfortably thanks to the generous nail nick, while the slip joint with a powerful spring provides pure stability. The pocket knife routinely cuts through cardboard boxes, ropes or packaging. A fine black stonewash finish on the blade perfectly matches the ergonomic handle scales made of muted, olive green G10, adding a tactical zest. A pocket clip and a lanyard hole allow you to make the knife your own and provide convenient carry options.

Great EDC knife. Very sharp straight out it's nice box. Scales nice and grippy. Spring very strong both opening and closing. Cannot find fault with anything. My new EDC in my pocket. Don't know when I'm ever going to be able to stop buying knives from HH. My UK legal collection is now over 80, which even I am beginning to think is a bit silly.

Boker plus have upped their game with this one. Fit and finish are superb, the 90 degree stop being very positive with a good snap both open and closed. The amount of force required to both open and close is the strongest of all of my legal knives. You will not open this with one hand, nor will you close it with one hand safely. This is, as advertised by Boker, a two handed opening knife. The blade is running on phosphor bronze washers and was very sharp out of the box. The handle is a little rough in the hand but some pocket time will take the edges off. Overall I am really glad I bought this little slip joint, just when I thought I had all the knives I'll ever need. Damn you HH.

This knife has the strongest back spring I have ever come across in a knife. It is a bit smaller than I was expecting but that's not a criticism. Highly recommended.

Nice little knife with a solid half open stage and a rock solid open position for a non locking knife. Care needed when operating as it requires effort to open and close. Defo not a one handed knife. Also careful if you are closing it one handed. The half way position won't clear your finger. Ask me how I know. It's also very sharp out of the box, again…ask me how I know ?Nice materials and subtle colours, not flashy. A basic workhorse that would be difficult to close accidentally when you are cutting up a box etc. A bit more refined than the last world model from Boker plus. I like it, even though it's the first knife that's bitten me in years. Down to stupidity rather than any failings of the knife itself.

I am so glad I bought this as it has since became my go to edc, I have a few penknives that cost a lot more than this but I choose this every day since I received it.The worldwide 2.0 feels very solid and well made, I could not find any fault at all and attention to detail was excellent. It feels buttery smooth when opening and closing, it does have a slightly heavier pull than most other slip joints but I'm really glad it does because it equals a much stronger force required to close the blade which I feel confident has almost eliminated any risk of accidental closing on fingers. It was and still is super sharp since arrival. I love that it has a lanyard hole, it's a slightly smaller hole but I still managed to thread a piece of standard paracord through to tie myself a lanyard for ease of removal when clipped inside my jeans pocket. The finish on the blade is really nice and the grips are very comfortable,. I really like the size of this knife as it is well under the UK legal limit so people's eyes won't open like saucers if you are completing a cutting task in public but it is still long enough with a deep enough belly to complete any basic penknife task you would ask of it.Boker have hit it out of the park with this model and I would not be without it as it suits my needs completely.

Ordered this about 20 hours ago. Am holding it now. So light! It's really like holding a prayer!.Walk and talk, firm as you like. You're not opening this one handed. Blade centres beautifully. Unlike other, length nail-nicks, this one won't open you up. There's a reason Boker make my favourites list. Not worth losing a star, the grind is uneven. Use and sharpening will fix that.Sharp? Like Ena Shaple's wit!
