“I’ve been taking these for a few months now and have to say that overall I feel better. I am getting a more relaxed sleep as the ‘twitching’ in my legs have decreased considerably. Would highly recommend.”

“I’ve been taking chelated magnesium tablets for a couple of months now and have to say, although difficult to actually ‘pinpoint’ that I am feeling the benefits. I would recommend you try them for a couple of weeks and see for yourself.”

“I’ve just reordered these, having taken them for a month, as I definitely ‘felt’ better ( hard to define ) and I found that I was even sleeping better ( I have suffered from insomnia for years) My sleep became erratic again after I finished the supply so will be interesting to see if my sleep improves when I start taking them again”
