I find this supplement excellent for my dog’s joints especially after having luxating patella surgery.

Hi Grahame. Many thanks for leaving this review. I have spoken with Vince and he says as a general rule it is advisable to give Joints for at least 12 weeks before gauging its impact as it can take this long to reach peak effect for some dogs. And over this period more than 90% of dog exhibit signs of improved joint comfort and mobility. Where stiffness is severe or longstanding, often more musculoskeletal support is often needed, and in these circumstances an option is to combine the VTV Joints with PEA and the Joint Support plus Recuperation remedy. The reason why the 3 supplements given together is so effective is because they: 1. Provide complete musculoskeletal nourishment: Adding Joints to the diet supplies the building blocks the body needs to form the healthiest possible joint structures, including muscles, tendons, ligaments, bones, cartilage, fibrous supporting tissues, bursae and synovial fluid (joint lubricating 'oil'). NOTE: This is in marked contrast to glucosamine, chondroitin and green mussel based products which largely support cartilage only, and do little for all the other musculoskeletal tissues (listed above) which need to be as healthy as they can be for maximum mobility. 2. Aid joint regeneration and repair: Giving Joint Support plus Recuperation helps the body's natural, innate self-repair mechanisms rebuild damaged joint tissues and soothe stiff and sore muscles, joints and bones. 3. Ease pain naturally: Supplementing with PEA supports the body's natural anti-inflammatory and analgesic pathways. In clinical trials in both humans and animals this has been shown to be highly beneficial for stiff and uncomfortable joints and associated musculoskeletal tissues. Hope this helps? Feel free to get in touch if you would like to discuss this further and we will try and help you as best we can. Many thanks, regards Kay
