“This is excellent in that it is the only product we’ve tried on the market (and we’ve tried most) that consistently works. Our dog eats anything put in front of her and all medications but no matter how we try to hide this liquid she hates the taste which is very disappointing.”

Hi Yvonne. Many thanks for leaving this review but sorry to hear that your dog does not like the taste. I have spoken to Proflax and they suggest the following: Bone Broth – mixed in with a little bone broth seems to go down very well (whether its taste or simply because they’re a little saltier than other products). Natural Yogurt – a little different but again, seems to absorb the smell or taste for the pooch and they love it. Another option (if you are happy to do this!) is to squirt it/feed it directly to your dog Alternatively, you could look at halfing the recommended amount and perhaps feeding over two sittings instead? Finally it may just be the concentration – it’s a fairly potent range of products, so make sure you are giving the prodduct a really good shake before feeding to ensure your dog isnt getting a "full hit" of the herbal tincture, which could be quite strong. If you do continue to struggle then another option is moving over to the Calming Superchews which is an Omega Calm base (with salmon oil) but also effective. Apparently most dogs devour them!
