Hi Tracey. Really sorry to hear you aren't satisfied with your product, No Toot normally has a very high success rate. Unfortunately, that not all creatures are the same and they will respond differently to things they ingest for a whole host of reasons, some of which just can’t be explained. The only thing I can suggest is that you are using the correct dosage of the product in relation to the size of your pet (as is on the label).
