Hi Margaret, thank you for leaving this review, but sorry to hear that the product hasnt worked. I not sure if this relates to fleas or ticks. If fleas, it can be necessary to take a multi-layered approach. I can however see that you also purchased the spray. I am also not sure if you had an existing flea problem? It is also important to think about the environment as this is the key to breaking the life cycle.
