“This product arrived without a seal and I was told that this was due to the product being imported and the seal coming off in flight. There was no sign whatsoever of a seal. Not happy!!! Request for a refund ignored.”

Hi Joanne, Thank you for taking the time to leave this review. As I mentioned, we import these products from America, and they arrive with us in sealed bubble-wrapped individual packages. The change in air pressure and temperature on the aeroplane over to us can impact the seals. When the jar is opened, the seal can be pulled away from the pot by twisting the lid, you will feel a slight resistance when you open the tub. Occasionally, these seals may have pulled away due to the pressure change, and will be popped up into the lid. I can assure you that your Bark and Whiskers product arrived as expected, and hope that you have been able to introduce it into your pet's diet successfully. Kind regards, Ellie
