Hello Amanda, Thank you for your feedback. Sorry to hear that the collars and sprays that you purchased did not live up to expectations. We do know that from time to time it is very difficult or almost impossible to eradicate fleas with natural products, particularly if they are very prolific. As this is a natural range of products it can take up to 6 weeks to break the life cycle of the fleas and eradicate the pests for good. Also with natural products it takes hard work and diligence on a regular basis to try to eliminate eggs and larvae from hard to reach places. “My poor cat is traumatised at having to be sprayed every 2nd day and actually after all that it doesn’t work. I would appreciate a refund please.”

Hi Terri I am sorry to hear that your cat has been traumatised by the spray and sorry to hear the product doesn't seem to be working . Sometimes a single product may not be enough especially if fleas are particularly bad, which they seem to have been this summer. I am not sure what other products that you have used, but only a small percentage of the fleas live on the animal and most are in the environment. I will follow up directly to see if I can help further and to make this up to you. Regards Kay

“This stuff is great. I use it along with the monthly flea treatment. I just give him a spray a couple of times a week and brush it through his coat and so far we seem to be flea free. He is allergic to most other flea treatments so this is a god send. He's quite a nervous cat and does jump initially when I spray it but then actually purrs when I brush it through. So nice to find something natural that works and doesn't freak him out and make him not come near me for a week.”
