Hi Sue, many thanks for leaving this review but sorry to hear that your dogs werent keen on the smell. We sought some feedback off the supplier. Apparently these do have a strong smell, due to the ingredients. Apparently overall feedback is most dogs love them, but as dogs, like us are individuals there may be occasions where they may find the smell strong. When you order again, give us a call and we will see how we can help you, maybe seeking some guidance off the supplier if we don't have any feedback ourselves. Regards Kay
