Hi there. I am disappointed with this review and will call you straight away but it was agreed that you would call me if your order had not arrived by Christmas Eve (Monday) after we spoke on the Friday as the post at Christmas is slower than normal. At that point I said I would either re-ship or refund you. As I did not hear from you I thought that your order had arrived. Regards Kay
