“After reading the ingredients which say the shampoo only contained Castor Oil I felt safe to order this because my dog is allergic/sensitive to Coconut. Sadly after the first use, my dog's skin was red and raw with a rash. After checking with Ingenious they stated that their shampoo does contain Coconut and not Castor Oil which you have advertised, needless to say I am very disappointed, upset and angry regarding the misrepresentation of your product.”

We are normally very careful when adding product ingredients to our website, so I am not sure how this could have happened, as the information is taken directly off the supplier's website. “This shampoo is great, fantastic to know it’s all natural and so beneficial for the skin. I used this after my dogs suffered some kind of irritation from suspected outside allergens and it really visibly soothed their skin and helped stop the itching! This is the only shampoo we use now!”
