I am sorry that your bag of granola arrived damaged. We always pack our orders carefully, so sorry that this has happened. I will speak to the packing team to make sure that this does not happen again. Woofs do usually sell this product in a cupboard tub however when we placed our order with them, they explained that they only had it available in plastic bags. We apologise for the drama regarding its return. Unfortunately Royal Mail let us down ☹ Frustratingly when we had arranged for the collection of your return, they didn’t turn up! And this happened on two occasions, so I can appreciate how frustrating this was for you and apologise on their behalf. Thank you again for your feedback.
