“I am so disappointed with this muzzle. It fit really well and enables horses to breathe, drink and eat (restricted of course). It is much kinder than other models on the market. However my horse managed to break his after a week, I put this down to a one-off and purchased another muzzle. It arrived (cannot fault Harry Hall on service), and he managed to break the second one in 24 hours! The stitching both times has come undone on the one side (the leather break away safety strap remains intact), so in my opinion this is a design fault. Where do I stand in getting a refund?”

“There is some stitching at the front which has rubbed my horses nose but he is quite sensitive. Fit is fantastic and he hasn't been able to get it off. The leather headpiece is great!”
