Hi Jessica, Thanks for sharing your experience. We’re sorry the rug isn’t 300g and feels more like a 200g. The Gallop rugs are from a third party brand and we are assured by the supplier that the 300G rug is the correct filling. Kind regards, Team Harry Hall
