“Received email stating my raffle ticket number and said I would get an email on the draw date reminding to check my number. Never received this email and couldn't find out where to check it. Haven't seen anything after the draw to say it has taken place and winners notified etc. I only had the Customer Service person tell me on Live Chat that the winners had been notified. Very disappointed with this procedure. Seems a bit weird.”
