We recommend washing at 30 degrees on a gentle cycle and in a rug wash bag. Close all fastenings before washing. Please line dry naturally, do not tumble dry or iron.Question: Does the Protechmasta material have to be in direct contact with the body?Answer: Better results can be achieved when Protechmasta is in direct contact with the skin.Question: Do I need to introduce the products slowly?Answer: We recommend that the Protechmasta products are introduced gradually to allow the body to adjust. For the first week use only for a maximum of four hours at a time, then introducing it for longer periods after a couple of weeks. For maximum results use as often as possible.Please note when returning a Dog Coat:All dog coats to be eligible for a refund must be returned in their original condition; free from dog hair, not been washed or brushed. Please take extra care when trying the coat on by making sure the dog is clean and using a towel or cloth to prevent hair and smells sticking to the coat.
