Hi there, I’m sorry to hear the Masta Newmarket Fleece hasn’t been delivered since the 27th September. All personalised items take 14 to 21 working days to be delivered. Thank you for letting us know. We’ll pass your feedback to the team. If you’d like to discuss this further, please contact our support team. Kind regards, Team Harry Hall
