“The listing would have benefitted from a size chart showing both standard and expanded calf widths, but I was able to find out the standard width via Live Chat. I struggle to find wellies and boots to fit my 42-43cm calves and the standard width for a size 5 was only 36cm, but given One Club members benefit from free returns, I decided to give them a try and fortunately they fit (just) when fully extended. They are warm, comfortable and when being worn, don’t feel unduly heavy. Unlike some other reviews, I don’t find them particularly wide in the foot. I hope they last!”

“The boots are very comfortable and feel robust, with a sturdy sole. The only quibble that I have is with the insole, which came out when I took the boot off for the first time. On subsequent wearings, the insoles moved around. One of them rode up the back of the boot and finished behind my calve. I have replaced the insoles with a more substantial pair and the problem has been solved.”
