“Generally good impressions so far, the turf has only been down for a couple of weeks but is rooting in nicely, the rolls I was slightly more concerned about have even recovered - some was left far too long because my son fell downstairs partway through laying it and needed an afternoon in hospital! Delivery driver came long before the deadline (we paid extra for the 2pm delivery) and was very helpful. I should mention there were a couple of less positive parts that don't bother me now that it's all done, but were a little irritating when laying it! This is my first attempt with turf so it may all be completely normal. A number of the rolls had large stones in them which made parts unusable once they were removed, there was also a large shard from a car headlight in one which had cut through other rolls on the pallet. One roll seemed to have been cut too thin, it was shredded and completely unusable. Realistically, you shouldn't be expecting it all to be perfect at this price point though. We had ordered extra so it wasn't a massive problem. It's worth bearing in mind that the rolls won't all be perfectly square or identical widths either, which just means a little more cutting than anticipated to make things fit. Overall I'm very happy with the result though, would buy again.”

“Ordered 100m of Jubilee turf for a am delivery. Arrived at 9am, driver unloaded turf exactly where we asked. 100% recommend the service and the quality. We ask all our customers to use Jubilee turf now.”

“I went for Harrowden because they came out as a Which? Best Buy. I also went for Jubilee because the performance stars seemed better for my garden conditions. Ordered a morning slot (up to 2pm) to give me time to lay that day. It arrived at 10:30 so I had all day to do the job. The turfs were moist, uniform, and in very good condition. I can honestly say there was not one weed present in 58m2. 2.5 weeks later it still looks great and is getting ready for first cut. I even used the offcuts to do an extra bit of garden several days later and this has taken too. I would without doubt use Turfonline again and will recommend to friends. Well happy, thank you.”

“Turf delivered as stated quality turf laid it the same evening and after two weeks is settling in and maturing into a lawn I can be proud of. Very pleased with the service I received and the advice online re the amount I needed.”

“There was a big variability in quality between the two pallets delivered. I over-ordered for quantity by the footprint of a garden shed plus the recommended 5% and was down to the last roll to complete the garden. A significant number of rolls were cut in half and were unusable. The turf was laid by a professional who keeps golf courses, he was clear that the turf was nothing like as fresh as the website claims. Delivery was great and much of the turf was really high quality, but because I didn't respond immediately about the poor turf I have received no support from Turfonline despite their request that I provide images (which I did).”
