“Half of the turf came in bits. Got a refund for half but still left me with an incomplete job and loads of waste. The turf that came in a complete roll that survived the trip was actually very good.”

“Accommodated my change of delivery initially. Then moved it to Saturday and then didn’t turn up. Had to call up and it appeared on the Monday. Not received an explanation as to what happened.”
