“The Jubilee turf was very good, only one damaged turf out of 45. I was not happy with Turfonline service.I paid extra amount to have Turf delivered on Wednesday 20th April by 2pm ,it arrived on Thursday 21st at 10.30. This caused many problems. After I requested compensation I was just offered the extra amount I paid to get a guaranteed delivery by 20th April.. The delivery company was very helpful and put the turfs exacltly where I wanted. Would I use Turfonline again NO.”

“Was our second order and most rolls in excellent condition but three looked like they had been left out for too long and were dying. Have laid them but they're not doing as well as the rest. Couldn't get through to anyone on the phone unfortunately.”
