“The turf was delivered as arranged and had clearly been freshly cut. 90% of the load was of excellent quality. However, the remaining 10% had been damaged in the cutting or loading process and was pretty much unusable. Quality control needs to be better. When I buy 100 rolls of turf I expect to be able to use all of them.”

“I'd just like to say how absolutely knocked out I am with the quality of your service, delivery and product I recently ordered from you. This is by far the best turf I've ever laid and your advice in stating Oct/Nov was the best time of the year to lay has certainly paid off.
