“The turf is excellent. The dissapointment I have is with delivery. It is curbside. I have a curb at the front and rear of my property. The rear being much easier to access for large heavy trucks. I had a real jobs-worth who point blank refused to listen to reason and insisted on delivering to the front of the property. This caused him a lot of effort much to the dismay of both me and my neighbour. Please review this to improve customer experience. I have another lawn to do this autumn and will rule Turf online out, because of such pedantic behaviour.”

“Arrived on time, had a problem with pallets breaking but the driver was very helpfull unloading one piece at a time. The turf went down well rooted quick and just had its first cut. One very happy customer!”

“Very good quality turfs. None were damaged. Arrived on time. Van driver polite. Excellent value for money. Turfs been down a week now, all doing well. Very pleased.”

“Most turf was in good order on delivery however some were saturated and ripped during unloading from the truck. Luckily we had allowed a larger excess and so did not affect the overall look however would have been a different matter had we simply given a 10% additional allowance”

“The turf was delivered on time and laid within 2 hours of delivery. The turf was in good condition but some rolls were starting to dry out. It wasn't a warm day. The grass has been laid for over a week and most if it has started to establish however some rolls seem to be struggling and the grass is not growing. The lawn was well watered after laying but the seems have opened up. I will cut the grass this weekend and hooe that it will recover.”
