“I am a complete beginner of having turf laid but my helper assures me that the product we received was extremely well looked after and went down well very reasonably priced I thought”

“Turves varied in quality, first few laid were exceptionally good, then four or five were only of acceptable standard with areas of yellowing grass and/or dead grass. Just about acceptable overall.”

“The staff were very helpful and friendly with my initial enquiries, I went ahead and placed my order, my grass arrived a day late which meant that it had sat in a hot lorry overnight and my plans to lay the grass had to be delayed. I did receive a very polite call late in the day to say that there were problems with drivers etc. and that they would deliver early next morning which they did. The grass was of a reasonable quality, good value for money, it's now been down for nearly two weeks and seems to be growing fairly well.”

“Turf arrived around 11;30 on day of requested delivery, very dry and crumbling looks like it was lifted days ago. Obviously been delivered through a national hub so been halfway across the country and back to within 30miles of where it started. Just hope it recovers with some tlc.”

Please be assured that we always cut turf fresh to order the day before you request delivery. I'm sorry to hear the turf hasn't met your expectations on arrival, but I'm confident that once laid and watered, you will be very pleased with the result. I will send you my email address to get in touch if you have any further concerns.
