“Our order was late delivered by 24 hours resulting in the turf being ruined. We got in touch and to be fair the customer service was very good, a replacement being sorted out for the following week. This turned up on time and nice and early. However the turf was very variable in quality due to holes in some the sods and chunks out the sides of others. The health of the grass was good but the cutting and quality control were poor. We managed to piece together enough to cover the area needed but in all it wasn't as good as we would have expected.”

“Ordered my turf and it was delivered on the day I asked for no problems and it was in lovely condition. We laid our lawn later that day and the quality and condition of the grass was excellent, it was fresh green and beautifully thick just what I wanted even though I hadn't seen before I bought it. The lawn has now been down for 2 weeks and it's fantastic it's knitted together lovely we watered it daily didn't walk on it if we could help it, it's green no dead patches we are really pleased with our purchase. We would highly recommend this company and anyone we speak to or anyone who needs new turf we will be sending there way in fact we will be ordering again later on as we need to replace our front lawn . Great service great product”
