I apologise for the missed delivery. We generally pride ourselves on our delivery service but we do work closely with our delivery partners and will follow up with them on what happened in your case.

“Our order was late delivered by 24 hours resulting in the turf being ruined. We got in touch and to be fair the customer service was very good, a replacement being sorted out for the following week. This turned up on time and nice and early. However the turf was very variable in quality due to holes in some the sods and chunks out the sides of others. The health of the grass was good but the cutting and quality control were poor. We managed to piece together enough to cover the area needed but in all it wasn't as good as we would have expected.”

“Good quality turf although some of the cuts were damaged lower down on the pallet. Overall happy with the way it looks now.”
