“The delivery was great and arrived exactly on time. I was however a little dissapointed with the turf supplied. I would say around 75% of the turf was in great condition, however 25% of the turf seemed to have black marks that looked like mould or rotting grass or tears and holes... I continued to lay these pieces as i needed them to cover the back garden and thought that the scars would turn green and grow as usual once it was laid. This however does not seem to be the case as it is now turning a white colour and basically just soil. I am really happy with the service, but given a second chance I would report the "scarred" turf as soon as i discovered it or source my turf elsewhere. I took some pictures to show the turf and tried to highlight the scarred areas that are now dead.”

“Good quality, arrived on time and well packaged. Not the ideal time to be putting grass down with the hot weather but it's actually done really well so it must be good quality. Would recommend this website to others. Thank you”

“With the exception of the driver delivering a small amount on one pallet he through another pallet on top of the turfs and stated it was companies policies that I must take two pallets why I do not know, other than that I thank you for your advice now and before 10/10 Regards to Chris Carr William”

“I have ordered thousands of pounds worth from you over the past year, this third loader for the same job had NOT been cut the day before! It had started to yellow and my client wasn't overly impressed which in return for not make my business look good! It's a real shame as the previous for the same job looked brilliant.”

Please be assured that we always harvest turf fresh to order the day before delivery. At this time of year when the weather is warm, turf deteriorates quickly once harvested. So long as it is laid the same day as delivery and watered regularly, it should quickly recover and regain its lush green colour.

“This is the 3 time I have purchased this Turf. On this occasion some of the turf was very thin in places and has not taken well. But other than this the turf is good quality.”

“Our grass and top soil was delivered earlier which was a slight inconvenience. The grass was well packed and seemed in good condition. We had it laid by a professional. A week after laying and the right level of watering it became obvious that the grass had suffered before arriving as about 10-15% was brown and ‘dead’ and was not coming back to life. We are now three weeks in and this 10% has not really evolved and still looks dead. The other 90% seem healthy and is growing fine. Although the 10% makes it look ridiculous.”
