“Arrived on Friday morning laid back garden spent all day at it as big garden and looks great. Laid it Saturday morning in front garden - Ok fair enough i didnt lay it on day it arrived but had ran out of time day before- but when went to lay it and it was all dead. Customer Service good - but no free replacement - only extra reduced costs.”

“Ordered 2 pallets, one was great but the other had lots of dead rolls after being in a hot truck for too long. Emailed the company immediately and replacements were sent out a few days later. Was keen to get the same turf as now its taken root it does look very good compared to some others I've seen. One advice I would give to anyone ordering in summer or when it's hot, pay a bit extra for an early delivery...”

“Turf was delivered very quickly (60 m2). We laid it the same day and after two weeks was growing strongly. We will need some more for other parts of the garden and will use Turfonline's jubilee turf again.”

“I had ordered some turf from a local supplier, however, when it arrived it was full of weeds and so I refused delivery. I then placed an order for the Jubilee turf on turfonline.com as the the turf blend seemed best suited for my family garden. Although the price was a lot more than what I had paid my local supplier, this was more than justified. I requested, and paid for, a Saturday delivery and at 9:00am on Saturday the courier arrived. He did struggle to get his motorised pallet truck over the dropped kurb due to the cowling on the pallet truck catching, however, he placed the pallets as close to my drive as possible and was very helpful - he even called half an hour before he arrived to let me know he was on his way. Once the turf was delivered it was plain to see this was a premium turf. The 75 rolls I had ordered were split on to 2 pallets and were wrapped in plastic netting to keep them on the pallets. The grass was very green and thick and the soil was rich and dark black. I laid the turf the same day and a week later, with plenty of watering, the roots had taken hold. It is now over 3 weeks ago since I laid the turf and I can say the turf is still very green and growing well. I am complimented by the neighbours on the quality of the lawn and would recommend this turf to anyone thinking of buying turf.”
