“It arrives looking superb very dark and full. The soil is rich and holds itself while being moved and worked. laying the grass is easy and there are little to no variations in size so consistency is easily achieved. after 1 week my turf has knitted into my garden and is doing exceptionally well. it looks amazing, the service was amazing, delivery fantastic, delivery driver was a star (well done that man) generally a happy customer thank you for a fantastic service.”

“Really happy! Turf arrived around 10am with a lovely friendly delivery driver, delivered onto the flat drive with no quibbles. Am not an expert on turf but it is definitely lush, green and great looking!”

“I ordered 40 rolls of turf and paid the extra to get an 8-2 delivery. When the turf arrived around midday it was cooking in the middle resulting in 9 rolls of turf suffering heat stress. I raised this with the supplier and without hesitation i was offered a refund or replacement with delivery in the next day. Although inconvenient, a lot of comfort should be taken in their willingness to resolve any issues. Very impressed with the customer service.”

“Fantastic turf - and great service from Lisa - who phoned the supplier in Norfolk to check how green the grass was - as it was intended for a very large rabbit run - and the bunnies would want to eat it immediately. It arrived promptly and was indeed beautifully lush and green.”
