“Decent turf, bust 100% worst service I have ever dealt with. Error made in their online portal submission process which led to a 1-week too early delivery. Requested delivery on the right date, but they refused point blank. They did however, offer to remove the turf that had been delivered, but NO refund and then said I'd have to purchase again if I wanted the turf. As a senior leader in Customer Experience - this was truly shocking! All the blame on the customer, not on their systems!!! In all honesty recommend a FULL AVOID! Happy to talk with any prospective customer in more detail. Catch me on LinkedIn”

“Fabulous quality turf, bedded in well, very green. Upon laying we did have a couple of rolls slightly brown but they have seem to picked up and grown well, great time to lay has we’ve had a lot of rain which has helped massively. Thank you. Great purchase. Would definitely use again in the future.”
