“The ordering process was good, it asked you to give your measurements required in squared meters, then suggested a extra two square meters of turf. I had less than two turf roles spare at the end of the job. The selection of the type of truck for delivery, felt un-nessary although I live on a busy main road, not a country track. The turf turn up on time with a very helpful delivery driver. The turf looked of good quality and am very happy with my purchase. The aftercare information I felt could be improved, so maybe some info on how much watering is needed, and some information on when to first mow your lawn. I ended up sourcing the further information from videos from the grass growers on you-tube, and feel you could put something together along these lines. My whole experience was hassle free with a quality product. Thank You from another happy customer”
