“The turf looked very fresh upon arrival but has quite a bit of what I believe is annual meadow grass on it, which is disappointing.”

“Make sure you over order by 20% as you’re sure to lose 10% on poor quality, yellow and bare parts of turf. 90% though is excellent”

“Mixed feelings. Customer service has been nonexistent. Placed an order for Friday delivery but by 4:30pm the turf had not arrived. Sent a message via the contact form (as could not find a customer service phone number) but no one contacted me. By 6pm the delivery was still missing with no tracking info available I had to assume that it was not arriving as scheduled. Contacted via contact form again but no response. The turf eventually at 1:30pm Saturday looking slightly dried out. My guess is that it spent the night on the back of a lorry. Still to this day (2 weeks later) I have still not been contacted by customer service. As for the turf; after finally getting it laid and watered it has taken nicely and looking healthy apart from a couple of bald spots, which I'm sure will come good over time.”
