“DO NOT BUY THIS TURF!!! Shocking customer service from Harrowden Turf. Turf got delivered with bald patches. Got told the patches should recover but may need to be reseeded. A brand new lawn needing reseeding after the first week? Do not buy this turf. Was told to pay the £6 delivery for a small bag of seed on top of the £12 cost of seed, or drive 200 miles to pick up from depot. Be warned, take note of other plenty of other 1 star reviews and buy elsewhere. I wish I did. Shocking service!!!”

“We received clearly damaged turf - one side (vertically) of each roll became dry within a couple of days (I suspect the turf might have been exposed to the sun before being delievered). I have contacted customer service and followed up since. I am being completely ignored. They have no interest in resolving the issue.”

“I have bought this grass so many times for my landscaping business and it’s normally top quality. However this time I was sent around 20 rolls which were clearly faulty and they just crumbled in your hands. These things happen with agriculture I fully appreciate. However I reported this to the company to request replacement rolls as they had failed. I am now 3 weeks on and still no closer to getting these and my customer is now furious. I’ve had ridiculous requests of sending date and time stamped photos of the day I laid the grass (who does that!) but even when I was thankfully able to provide as the customer had taken some. They them rejected the photos as they were date and time stamped on the actual picture !!!! The date and time stamps are in the properties of the photo. They have tried every which way to refuse replacing these faulty rolls! This is just poor customer service especially for a customer who has spent a lot of money with them! The saga continues until I can replace the grass for the customer or at very least refund me so I can buy elsewhere.”

“I HAVE BEEN IN THE LANDSCAPING TRADE FOR 45 YEARS AND I CAN HONESTLY SAY THAT THE JUBILEE TURF I ORDERED IS THE BEST I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH BOTH ON PRICE AND QUALITY WHICH LEADS TO SATISFIED CUSTOMERS AND JOB SATISFACTION. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.”
