“Despite being given a delivery between 8am to 8pm, they failed to deliver on the agreed day. Late in the day they called to say the driver had returned to the depot with the load. Then next day they just left the turf on the pavement without even ringing the door bell or sending a message. Very poor customer service.”

“Have used Turf on line on several occasions. Very helpful service when I under ordered. Arrived fresh and layed over 2 days. Delivery driver very helpful and moved pallet into garage so not in direct sunlight(remember to keep turf damp especially the lower rolls) would highly recommend product.”
