“Bizarrely I have been invited to carry out a review of a recent purchase that was never actually delivered because it was not actually available when I ordered it, despite what the website indicated. Now to top it all I have been asked to spend time reviewing a “non-purchase”. I am not sure what this says to others but to me it speaks volumes. Meanwhile I have received a refund and have registered my email address on the company website in an act of purist optimism that they will contact me when stock becomes available and will be able to meet any possible future orders in a timely manner.”
