“They were well packaged but had dried out too much- l'm sorry, but l think they needed something more moisture retentive in with them. The grass they came with was ok, but a lot of the rattle leaves were dried and blackened. I soaked them all and planted within 24hrs, so hope they'll survive.....”

“All looked dead, or close to it, and were over-run with grass. Potted some on which have since died. Suspect disease. Notified company, no idea whether they followed up on it.”
