“Had recently shared 2 deliveries with a neighbour, with very pleasing supply. Quality turf, excellent service. Unfortunately placed an extra order direct and received 2/3 very thin rolls within the 50 supplied.”

“I feel a bit uncomfortable writing a poor review... but if it helps the service improve then good. Turf arrived on time, but about a third of it was hot, and steaming when unrolled. Needless to say, it didn’t survive such heat stress. Credit to the company for sending replacement rolls - however they were of slightly lower quality than the original, shorter and narrower rolls. This meant a lot of filling, seeding and cutting. For some reason, patches of the new rolls have browned and dried up despite being laid and watered almost immediately. I put in many hours to this project preparing the ground, so to be let down by turf quality is really disappointing.”

“3 POSITIVES -Larger order (75m sq) arrived very quickly -Website worked very well -Delivery person very helpful 3 NEGATIVES -20% of Lawn damaged (yellow, would grow back...) -10% of Lawn turn dead (brown turf, unusable) -My project not complete due to unexpected 30% (20m sq) waste”
