“The turf was of very poor quality, with lots of Couch Grass in it. I received a generic response stating that it can be possible to have some AMG grass in it as there is no pesticide available for them to use, the email also stated it could have been dormant in my soil or blown from a neighbour ..... I had only just rolled it out. Every single roll had a large quantity of the weed in it so their quality control should have spotted it straight away. No further response to my reply ..... NOT IMPRESSED”
