“I ordered 50 sq m of turf. The standard stuff, same as I've had before which was previously brilliant and looks great. This order was very mixed which is why I've given 2 stars. About 2/3 of the order was excellent as before. The remaining 1/3 was very thin (hardly any soil and a bit sparse) and has now developed a grey/green look and looks like a tired old Brillo pad. A real pity as the rest the other was great. Laid about 2 weeks ago and has had plenty rain and sun so fingers crossed”

“Turf was delivered early on the requested day and the charming young woman driver could not have been more helpful and despite us having a gravel drive she dropped the pallet near the work site, thus enabling me to have the small new lawn section laid by the afternoon. The turf was of good quality, evenly cut and a lovely green throughout. Luckily we had a rainy spell for a few days after laying and two weeks later after its first trim the new section looks perfect.”

“I ordered 180m of lawn, 47 rolls arrived dead and they were so hot they were smoking (happy to share the video before you purchase from this firm). The rolls were immediately unpacked and stored individually in the shade (as per their directions). As it was after hours by the time we'd finished unpacking, it was the following day before this was reported. Turf on line hid behind every single clause they could find to offer no compensation at all. I don't think this company could spell customer service if you held the pen for them. Shockingly poor service and will never be using them again.”

“We ordered 60 rolls in Probably the hottest month of the year so far. Unfortunately about a third of the rolls from the middle of the pallet haven’t taken due to overheating/burning in transit. The rest how ever look absolutely amazing and we hope with a bit of lawn feed and more care the rest will thrive.”
