“Well, the packages arrived a couple of days late. The box had been tampered with and both plastic bags inside had been cut open. Hence a lot of the product has been lost and although I phoned and was asked to email about this and did so I have heard nothing from your company at all! Will I use you again?”

“Provided in easy to re-seal packaging, which means the product is easy to open and store. I have applied to our Green Roof, and I am waiting to see the results over the next few weeks. Given the cost of delivery, I was disappointed in the packaging. One of the pouches had been punctured and had leaked its contents into the parcel. I was able to recover most of the contents, and repair the damaged pouch but the parcel needed better protection the just a jiffy bag.”
