“I have got the hang of these now - at first it seemed as though I couldn't get a vacuum (and so had sloshing noises while running) but I found that if you hold the full bottle upside down you can suck the air bubble out that way.”

“Love these straws for ease when out running. My only issue and it’s more than likely me is that l find it a bit fiddly to open and close the mouth valve! Like l said it’s more than likely me hopefully l can sort this out on my next few runs.”

“Brilliant for use on the move- just used them at 24 hour ultra. But hard to get the knack of them initially as have to bite quite hard, but means I dont have to take the bottle out of the vest”

“I found I had to suck a lot harder than I do with other long straws but this could be because I'm not using them as designed. I have the straws completely out of the bottle for the extra length as opposed to having them in the bottle, which is how they were received. They are still perfectly useable though, especially for the good price.”
