“Small and lightweight, I hope I rarely need to use it. However being in a zipped bag will make it easier to use, especially if your tired. A list of what's in it would be useful do you can keep a log of what you need to replenish.”

“Good for what you get but missing a foil blanket, which I think is really important to have. Isn't room in the case to fit one in so I have had to pack it seperately.”

“It's a good light pack that meets the minimum requirement for a mandatory first aid kit and a bit more. With a bit of fiddling around and careful re-packing, I've managed to add a few additional items (compeed, ibuprofen and sports tape) and still zip up the protective bag. That's not to say that the kit didn't already have what most people would require. It'll stay in my running vest now as I hardly even know it's there.”
