“When unpacking, the vest looks really good. Unfortunately when I started to try and put things in, that’s when I encountered issues. Fastening the vest, the loops kept coming undone, which wasn’t good so had to try and find a loop where this wouldn’t happen. I ordered the soft harrier bottles to go with the vest but once filled I put them in the side pockets and they disappeared into the pockets, even when fastening them with the elasticated loops. I had to use my previous soft bottles. I used this vest for a night race that was up into the Northumberland hills, it lasted until about 8 miles and the fastener came out the loop. It’s all personal preference but I didn’t like this vest and didn’t make me feel confident when running.”

“This was my first running vest and so i was a little unsure about sizing. However the website was really clear and informative. The vest fits really well, there is no movement when i run and yet it is still comfortable. The storage is great and there are lots of options of where to carry poles. One small niggle is the zipped side pockets have quite a narrow opening. Overall really impressed with the vest. I also like that it is a local company rather than a big multinational.”

“Bought the 10L Kinder run vest to replace existing one from another manufacturer. From the first run it was excellent, very light and comfortable with loads of storage. Have used for several half-marathon runs and you barely know it’s there. There’s lots of straps some which need tying back to avoid hitting them with your arms and would prefer a loop to hold the bladder rather than a quick release but these are minor quibbles. Thoroughly recommend the run vest.”
