“I was sent the spares after having a problem with the new vest I had just bought. As soon as I notified them of the problem, I received a quick response and was immediately sent a replacement. Brilliant customer service!”

“I don’t think I have ever dealt with a company as amazing as Harrier. I snapped my pole and they replaced it without even asking what happened, I lost a strap “my fault” off my vest and asked if I could buy a new one and they sent me out two free of charge… can’t thank them enough. I have all their kit and love it but just for how great a company they are and how they have treated me I don’t think I could use another brand purely out of loyalty… thank you”
