“Excellent lightweight, visible and folding poles which come with a handy storage bag. The three pole sections are easily and quickly fitted together, plus folding back down is also quick. I simply adapted my 10L running vest to hold them securely whilst running and they are small enough not to get in the way of the pockets and pouches. Great instructional videos demonstrating the options for using them, too.”
