Light weight and easy to unfold and fold up quickly and store in a bag pocket which is one of the reasons I went for a z-pole. Used these hiking around the dolomites (not for trail running) in all conditions, dry, wet and snowy and they were great. Really practical. I had to exchange for a different size though as I didn't quite align with the online size guide. I'm 173cm tall and ended up with the 110cm poles. Maybe my proportions are different from the average person... But easy to refund/exchange.

I purchased these for the Lakeland 50 having never used running poles before, they were a god send on the downs and helped me knock off 3hrs 23 min off my previouse LL50 time! I would 100% recommend!

I bought these poles to use on the Lakeland 100 and they are the first poles I have used on a race, they worked really well for me and were quick to put together and take apart when not required on the hills. They withstood some quite difficult terrain and came out as good as new.

I only used them once yet, but seem good quality. I want to keep the poles in good condition for long time, so when not in use, I keep them in their protective case it came with.
